The Board of Commissioners of Lakeland, Tennessee will hold a Public Hearing on the following Ordinance(s) entitled:

• AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 10-147 PERTAINING TO RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL SEWER USER RATES.

The Public Hearing will be held at City Hall, 10001 U.S. Highway 70, Lakeland, Tennessee on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 6:30 P.M.
