The Board of Commissioners of the City of Lakeland, Tennessee will hold a Public Hearing on the following Ordinance entitled:

An Ordinance of the City of Lakeland, Tennessee amending Section 18-106 of the Lakeland Municipal Code pertaining to Storm Water Enforcement, Abatement, Penalties, and Appeals.

The Public Hearing will be held at Lakeland City Hall, 10001 U.S. Highway 70, Lakeland, Tennessee on Monday, July 27, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.
